To display videos, we use “Vimeo” on our website. This is a service provided by Vimeo, LLC, 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA, hereinafter referred to only as “Vimeo”.

User data is partially processed on Vimeo servers in the USA.

If you have given consent for this processing, the legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. The legal basis can also be Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in improving the quality of our website.

If you want to prevent this, you must either log out of Vimeo before visiting our website or configure your Vimeo user account accordingly.

For the purpose of functionality and usage analysis, Vimeo uses the web analytics service Google Analytics. Google Analytics stores cookies via your internet browser on your device and sends information about the use of our web pages in which a Vimeo video is embedded to Google. It cannot be excluded that Google processes this information in the USA.

If you do not agree with this processing, you have the option to prevent the installation of cookies through the appropriate settings in your internet browser. Details on this can be found above under the section “Cookies”.

The legal basis can also be Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in improving the quality of our website. According to YouTube, the “Enhanced Privacy Mode” function ensures that the data described in more detail below is only transmitted to YouTube’s server when you actually start a video.

Without this “Enhanced Privacy Mode”, a connection to YouTube’s server in the USA is established as soon as you access one of our web pages on which a YouTube video is embedded.

This connection is necessary to display the respective video on our website via your internet browser. In the course of this, YouTube will at least record and process your IP address, the date and time, as well as the website you visited. In addition, a connection to the “DoubleClick” advertising network from Google is established.

If you are logged into YouTube at the same time, YouTube will associate the connection information with your YouTube account. If you want to prevent this, you must either log out of YouTube before visiting our website or make the appropriate settings in your YouTube user account.

For the purpose of functionality and analysis of usage behavior, YouTube permanently stores cookies via your internet browser on your device. If you do not agree with this processing, you have the option to prevent the storage of cookies through a setting in your internet browser. Further information on this can be found above under “Cookies”.
